Moab- Our first camping experience

Here is Daphne riding the cow. She got on but could not get off. She was not very happy.
Playing with sand toys was a lot of fun. They learned quickly how to cover their eyes when the wind came up. They all got so dirty.
Right by camp there was a stream that went by. The kids love playing in it to cool off. Daphne thought it was great to play in the water and build with the rocks. At least they cleaned themselves off after playing in the dirt.
Here is camp from up on the hill. It was a really nice area and worked great with the horses. There was a lot to do around us which made it really nice.
Sleeping in a tent was an adventure. Daphne was not sure what to do but Ryker sure enjoyed it. He slept great it was Daphne that had a hard time. The wind did not help any. It was so loud when we were trying to sleep. I was amazed that they even slept at all. I know me and Ben didn't.

It was nice to be able to take our bikes and finally use our bike trailer somewhere other then around our neighborhood. Ben would take all the kids on rides. We left camp and went on a bike trail along the river. Daphne really enjoys riding bikes with dad.
Daphne loved climbing on all the rocks.
We had a great time in Moab. It was a fast trip but we really enjoyed it. We could have done without the wind but now we have fun stories to tell because of it. We are excited to try camping again sometime soon.

Mr. Smiles

Ryker plays so good by himself. He really enjoys the bouncer, his swing and just laying on the floor. I love how he can entertain himself.
Ryker is all smiles. He is so much fun to have around because whenever he sees you he smiles SOOO big!! What more can you want??

Easter Weekend!!

Easter was so much fun. We were really busy but we were able to spend a lot of time with family. We spend the whole weekend in South Jordan. We had a wedding on Friday, Easter Egg Hunts on Saturday and then More Easter Egg Hunts on Sunday. We also got to celebrate Grandma Farmers birthday. SOOO busy but SOOO fun!!!
Daphne got to die Easter Eggs for the first time this year. Madison and Mckaylee came over to Grandma Mabey's house to die the eggs.

Daphne and Madison waiting to start the Hunt. We went to a Easter Egg hunt Saturday morning put on by Republic Mortgage. Daphne had a great time except for the Easter Bunny.

Daphne was so fast at picking up eggs untill the Easter Bunny came over by her. She was scared to death of the bunny that as soon as he came over she stopped picking up the eggs and was trying to get away for the rest of the hunt. We have no pictures of the bunny to share.

Here is Ryker and Charlee hanging out between Easter Egg Hunts. They were excited to be out of their car seats and playing on the floor.

We had a family wedding this weekend and so the Mabey's were all in town and we had the great opportunity to get together for an Easter Egg Hunt. Here are all the great grandchildren waiting to go down and start picking up eggs. It was so fun to be able to spend time with my cousins who live out of state.

Jacob-Madison-Mckaylee and Daphne after the hunt at Grandpa Mabey's house. They all got hooked up with fun toys and plenty of candy.

Grandma Mabey has fun bunnies at her house. Here is Daphne and Ryker after church playing with the bunnies.

Getting Daphne to cooperate with a picture is hard work. She does not like to hold Ryker so we have to use the couch to prop him up. Here they are showing off their new Easter outfits. Don't they look happy?

My little Boy is growing up so fast. I think he is so handsome.

Ryker is so smiley. He always has a smile on his face unless he is ready for bed, ready to eat, or you get out the camera.

We are ready for Spring!!

Pigs-Pigs-Pigs!! Madison and Daphne looking at the pigs at Wheeler farm. It was fun to see all the animals after a long winter. Now we can see them for real and not just in books!!!
Madison-Daphne-Mckaylee walking down the road at Wheeler Farm. We went to see the animals for Jacob's birthday. They were holding hands most of the time. Daphne loves to play with her cousins.

Daphne and her cousin Joel watching and waiting. They are waiting for Grandpa Farmer to come and let them get in with the baby lambs.

Here is Daphne with her cousin Joel. Grandpa Farmer has baby lambs at his house and Daphne loves to go and see them. Grandpa just caught them a lamb to pet. It was so fun to watch Daphne and Joel just giggle as they played. They had so much fun.

Daphne has just started to have an interest in riding horses. She use to want to ride them all the time but then when we got too close she was a little scared. We are so proud of her this year she will get on and stay on!!
