Family pictures in the Corn fields

We decided to go get some family pictures in the corn field because we spend so much time there as a family. It was perfect weather till we got there and the sun came out and so we are all squinting in the pictures. I am never very good at timing these days.

Daphne loves to husk the corn one leaf at a time. It takes her a long time and she enjoys it. What more can you ask for?

Here is Madison and Daphne. They love playing in the fields.

As you can see she is getting closer and closer to the corn.I love things that get her to stop and take a breather. Then that means that I can stop and take a breather.

Bath Time

Bath Time is always an adventure but this one night was the best. Daphne was making Ryker laugh so hard that he was falling backwards in the tub. It was so fun to watch. I love how they interact together.

Ryker's Scrunch Face

Here is my Ryker. He started making this face with his Dad in the mornings and now he is doing it all the time. He will even snort sometimes. Hopefully it does not become permanent.

We sure think it is cute. Daphne asks him all the time to make his scrunch face. He does it the best with his Dad!! He is a fun little boy.

Corn Season is OVER!!! Oh how time flies

I can't believe how fast time is going. We just finished up selling corn for a total of 7 weeks. We would go to South Jordan every weekend to help. Here are some random pictures of all our adventures.

Here are the 5 grand kids at home. I got to stay home and babysit!! Mckaylee went to the market to help sell now that she is getting older. We loved that 3 out of the 5 would take morning naps.

Picking corn-- Jenn and Mark were troopers. They would wake up their kids and bring them to help pick. Me and Natalie would leave ours home with Grandma!!

YES!! that is the sun coming up. We would start picking before the sun came out. The only time I ever see the sun rise.

Some of the crew.

Sarah picking corn!! She is one fast picker.

Our job at home was to keep the table bagged. You can see our helpers in the corn bin, Daphne and Maddie were our great helpers. They would ask anyone who came if they wanted any corn. Daphne was a little confused with the interchange of money. She was always trying to give back more then they would pay in the first place. She loved handling the money and trying to figure things out. I was impressed with how well she did.

Doughnut Time!!!
My uncle Earl would bring us doughnuts every week. Everyone looked forward to the fresh doughnuts from Dunford.

This truck was all loaded for the market.

Pioneer Park
Ben would go every week to sell at Pioneer park. Here are a few pictures of when Daphne got to go visit her Dad and help sell.

Ryker and Charlee are 4 weeks apart. My brother Brad and his wife Natalie are the proud parents. It has been so fun watching them grow up together. Ryker is now 10 months and Charlee 9. Here are some pictures of them since they were born.
